Fluidic UI v3

Completely reworked a decade-old UI (Fluidic UI v2) to deliver a modern and cohesive design system tailored for a network security product. The previous design lacked structure and consistency, which required thorough research and analysis to identify pain points and areas of improvement.

Key contributions included:

• Design Guidelines: Established a robust foundation with clearly defined design principles to guide the entire product suite.
• Color System: Developed a scalable and accessible color palette to enhance visual consistency and usability.
• Typography: Implemented a typography hierarchy for improved readability and structure across the interface.
• Grid System: Created a 4px grid system to ensure precision and alignment across layouts.
• Reusable Components: Designed a library of reusable components to streamline development and maintain a unified design language.
• Layout Settings: Defined layout standards for seamless user interaction and scalability.

The revamped Fluidic UI v3 enhanced usability, visual appeal, and scalability, setting the foundation for a consistent and efficient user experience across the product ecosystem.

Revamped the APM Insight feature to modernize its user interface, improve usability, and align it with the updated Applications Manager design standards.

• Unified Dashboard:
  Designed an interactive timeline view for end-to-end transaction tracking with drill-down capabilities for detailed trace analysis. Integrated streamlined layouts, transaction heatmaps, and tooltips to display KPIs like response time and error rates.

• Enhanced Performance Metrics:
  Created customizable card-based widgets for KPIs with rearrangement options. Improved usability with collapsible call stacks for code-level visibility, dark mode toggle, and color-coded health indicators for quick insights.

• Proactive Alert Management:
  Introduced Kanban-style boards for alerts and real-time dashboards featuring sparkline graphs. Designed grouped alerts to reduce noise and integrated embedded root cause workflows for faster issue resolution.

• Simplified Technology Integration:
  Developed step-by-step wizards for onboarding technologies like Java, .NET, and Node.js. Designed guided setups with pre-configured templates and interactive previews to validate integrations easily.

• Modern UI Across the Product:
  Standardized fonts, layouts, and color schemes to provide a consistent experience. Enhanced accessibility with mobile responsiveness, improved contrast, and screen reader support.

Focused on page load optimization for the Applications Manager website to enhance performance, accessibility, best practices, and SEO. Key improvements include:

OpManager Plus is an integrated IT operations management solution with six key features: Network Performance Management, Application Performance Management (APM), Bandwidth and Traffic Analysis, Network Configuration Management (NCM), Firewall Management, and IP Address & Switch Port Management.

Key Contributions:

• Simplified Complex Device Calculations: Designed an intuitive UI to handle dynamic device allocation across licensing bundles (Network, SAM, and Storage). This involved creating clear workflows for users to allocate devices (e.g., 50 Network, 25 SAM, 25 Storage) while ensuring real-time calculations and error handling for exceeding license limits.
• License Display and Management: Built user-friendly interfaces for displaying licensing details, including usage, remaining licenses, and add-ons. Developed tools to guide users in understanding license distribution across bundles and components such as Flow Interfaces, IPs, and Applications.
• Applying and Monitoring Licenses: Designed a seamless UI for applying licenses to specific devices and monitoring their usage. Ensured clarity for users by incorporating real-time feedback, warnings for exceeding limits, and detailed summaries for better decision-making.
• Exceeding License Scenarios: Created intuitive notification and action flows to handle scenarios where users exceeded license limits. These flows guided users to either adjust allocations or purchase additional licenses, enhancing usability and reducing confusion.
• Dynamic Add-On Integration: Developed interfaces to manage add-ons like APM Insight and Oracle EBS, making it easy for users to purchase, activate, and monitor additional components.
• User-Centric Design: Focused on usability by providing clear visual indicators, interactive FAQs, and tooltips to help users navigate the complexity of licensing and device allocation with ease.

This project showcased my ability to simplify highly technical and complex workflows into a user-friendly experience, ensuring clarity and efficiency in managing licensing, allocation, and monitoring for enterprise users.

Designed a professional logo and comprehensive branding materials for "True Friend Management Services Pvt. Ltd." to establish a cohesive and reliable corporate identity.
